Real Dimez are a rap duo in GTA 6 made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, best friends since high school. They turned shaking down local dealers into cash through spicy rap tracks and a nonstop social media game, and they’ve just signed to Only Raw Records. (Confirmed by Rockstar)
Last updated: 14 Oct 2026. For this page I’ve used Rockstar’s official GTA VI website, the trailers and the Extended Look, plus a few trusted gaming sites, which I link to where I use them. Theories are marked clearly, and there’s nothing from leaks.

Who are Real Dimez in GTA 6?
Real Dimez are one of the eight entries on Rockstar’s official GTA 6 character page, and the only one that’s a duo. Their tagline is “Viral videos. Viral hooks.” (Confirmed)
This is what Rockstar has actually confirmed:
- Members: Bae-Luxe and Roxy, friends since high school. (Confirmed)
- How they made money: shaking down local dealers, then turning it into rap tracks. (Confirmed)
- First big moment: an early hit single with local rapper DWNPLY. (Confirmed)
- Now: after five years and “a whole lot of trouble”, they’re signed to Only Raw Records, hoping lightning strikes twice. (Confirmed)
“All my dimes in this club. Meet my twin, make it a dub.”
Rockstar’s profile calls them “one hit away from fame”, which tells you their whole story in five words.
Bae-Luxe vs Roxy: who is who?
A lot of people mix them up, so I checked Rockstar’s own image descriptions on the official site. These are the two shots where Rockstar names each one.
| Bae-Luxe | Roxy | |
|---|---|---|
| Rockstar’s solo shot | Sitting in a recording studio holding headphones | Behind the wheel of a car, with Dre’Quan in the passenger seat |
| What it suggests | The studio side of the duo | Close to the label boss |
| Label | Confirmed | Confirmed |
The “what it suggests” row is just my reading of those two pictures, not anything Rockstar has said. (Not confirmed)
Every Real Dimez scene shown so far
| Where | What we see | Label |
|---|---|---|
| Rockstar screenshot | Bae-Luxe in a recording studio holding headphones | Shown |
| Rockstar screenshot | Real Dimez dancing on the hood of a car while a crowd films them on their phones | Shown |
| Rockstar screenshot | Roxy driving, with Dre’Quan in the passenger seat | Shown |
| Rockstar screenshot | Both of them rapping into microphones in a recording studio | Shown |
| Rockstar screenshot (Dre’Quan’s profile) | Real Dimez standing side by side with Dre’Quan’s hands on their shoulders | Shown |
| Trailer 2 (May 2025) | A recording studio scene with the duo | Shown |
The crowd filming them on the car is the shot that explains them best. Their fame comes from phones and social media, not radio. Destructoid’s write-up pointed out the same thing, calling out their “relentless social media presence”.
Who is DWNPLY?
DWNPLY is a local rapper in GTA 6. Rockstar says an early hit single with DWNPLY took Real Dimez to new heights. (Confirmed) We haven’t seen DWNPLY in any screenshot or trailer yet, and Rockstar hasn’t said whether DWNPLY appears in the game. (Not confirmed)
What we still don’t know about Real Dimez
- Whether their songs are on a GTA 6 radio station. (Not confirmed)
- What the “whole lot of trouble” in their past was. (Not confirmed)
- How Jason and Lucia cross paths with them. (Not confirmed)
- Who voices them. (Not confirmed)
My take
Real Dimez feel like the most modern idea in GTA 6. Older GTA games made fun of TV and radio; this time Rockstar is making fun of viral fame, and I think that’s exactly right for a game coming out now. I also like that they’re not just a joke. They’ve been through five years of trouble and they’re still chasing it, which makes them easy to cheer for. I really hope their songs end up on the radio in the game. I’ll update this page once GTA 6 is out on 19 November.
